When to register for SARS Employees Tax

If your company has paid a remuneration or salary to its employees or directors or independent contractors. Therefore, it must register Employees Tax tax types at South African Services (SARS).
Failure to register the employees tax will create unnecessary problems with SARS.
The registration must be done before the first remuneration or salary is being paid by company or close corporation or entity.
