Companies will be able submit their annual income tax returns for 2022 as from 1 July 2022.
The SARS filing season will open on 1 July 2022 and the closing date is 28 February 2023.
In order to submit the SARS ITR14 for 2022, a taxpayer must have the following documents ready :-
Annual Financial Statements or Income Statement and Balance Sheet.
