CIPC deregistered companies and close corporations on 28 August 2020

Your company or close corporation has been deregistered (closed) by CIPC on 28 August 2020 for not submitting annual returns in the last four years.
I Received FORM COR 14.2 A Notice rejecting a notice of incorporation the reason is because i did not provide a certified ID of Directors and Incorporators ,please help with what should I do to continue with my company registration
Please submit new company registration application form.
